Leadership Development program for Keystone

The participant has successfully completed the Keystone leadership development program consisting of 8 leadership topics. The program focuses on actively engaging, involving and motivating employees. The participant has also worked in their unit as part of the learning experience, including facilitating the individual employees’ development. The approach has been closely tied to practice, with the academic content integrated with the manager's everyday life in regular intervals over 10 months.
